Our button jewellery — also known as button covers — is handmade from specially treated, high-quality copper that won’t fade or tarnish.
They fit standard shirts as well as any garment with buttonholes under 11 mm in diameter, such as blouses, dresses, jackets and knitwear.

Our button jewellery clips onto flat, round buttons measuring around 13–15 mm in diameter – just like the ones you’ll find on most blouses, shirt dresses, lightweight cardigans and jackets.

They can also be clipped onto slightly smaller buttons (from around 11–12 mm), but hold may be less secure if the fabric is very tight or under strong tension.

- Jean buttons / metal rivet-style buttons

Which clothes can I use button jewellery on?

On most garments with standard buttons: shirts, blouses, dresses, lightweight cardigans, fine knits, light trench coats…
Simply avoid:
- Very thick, chunky coat buttons
- Very loose knits where the button moves or “floats” too much
What type of buttons are they compatible with?

Our button jewellery is designed for flat, round buttons measuring around 10–12 mm in diameter (the standard size for shirts and blouses).
If your buttons are very large, very thick or unusually shaped (square, very domed, etc.), they may not clip on securely.
Will they damage my clothes?

No – the clip fastens around the button itself, it doesn’t pierce the fabric and doesn’t leave any marks.
Just make sure you:
- don’t pull them off too roughly
- remove them before putting your clothes in the washing machine
How do I put them on and take them off?

- Fasten your button as usual.
- Place the decorative side of the jewellery over the front of the button.
- Clip the back piece around the button until it feels secure.
To remove them:
- Gently open the clip at the back with your fingers.
